High-strength molds like these are tough to make, but our state-of-the-art mold technologies enable us to make high-strength, high-precision molds that can handle mass-production of quality gaskets.
Balancing Strength and Flexibility Takes Hard-won Expertise
Gaskets are installed on lithium-ion batteries by crimped, in which pressure is applied so that the gasket is shaped to form a tight seal, but that can cause splitting if you don’t know what you’re doing. Through long years of experience, we have developed the expertise to make gaskets that do not lose their elasticity, and have the strength and flexibility to withstand bending.
Fully In-house Production Line from Inspection to Mass Production
We have established a fully in-house, fully automated production line covering the entire process from inspection to mass production (we even designed and made our own imaging inspection devices) with the capacity to deliver tens of tens of millions of units per month. We have mass-production bases in Japan, Belgium, and Singapore.
