The image quality of the automatic operation sensing camera greatly deteriorates with even just fine contamination on the imaging sensor (CCD, CMOS). In particular, since the camera on the back monitor installed outside the vehicle is constantly exposed to dust and rainwater, high quality dustproofing is required.
In order to prevent the invasion of contaminants such as dust and water, Yamauchi utilizes original analytic techniques to optimize the shape design for seal performance and provides dustproof rubber (seal rubber, seal driver) produced in a thoroughly clean process. This plays an important role in improving the image quality of camera devices.

Yamauchi can propose the optimal shape corresponding to the needs of each product by predicting the repulsive force and the sealing of dustproof rubber using analytic technology specialized for a non-linear model.

Implementation of fully automated visual inspection system
